Canada Post is currently on strike. While this may cause some disruptions, we’re doing our best to keep things running smoothly.
I truly appreciate your support and patience during this time, and I’m committed to making sure your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. In short, your order will ship it just may see a slight delay.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
-All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
-When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your tracking information within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@strategiesgameslab.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
-Orders outside of Canada that ship using the Small Packet option generally take 20-60 days to arrive.
-In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days at info@strategiesgameslab.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
-Customs, duties, tariffs and taxes: STRATEGIES Games Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
